Regarding the Horns, 4 seed in Phoenix bracket. But what I find amusing in this projection is that here, I could see a couple of 13 seeds making the Sweet 16. Also, Baylor against the Luckeyes would be interesting. Would definitely pull for Baylor in that matchup.

There is no way Drake is a 4 seed, even with the top 10 RPI. They have one top 50 win (Illinois State at home) and will soon have zero once ISU deservedly drops below 50.

Arizona should be a 3 or 4 as a number of their recent losses came without Bayless. Plus they have the toughest SOS in the country and have some really good wins lately. With Bayless, that team is top 10 potential and really damn good. Texas at a 4 makes sense, but they're closer to a 3 than a 5 right now, IMO. The good news is UT has a number of chances to have impressive wins to improve their seeding. Better to have the chance to control your own destiny than to depend on others.
