I think Mack is cleaning house this year and will take anyone he wants in 2010, since he will start working them next week. add those 2 classes on top last years and he will leave Coach Boom with enough talent to win for years to come.

ashton after jr year of HS 6'3 275

i recall adren really wanted a texas offer, but he never got one and was relegated to collieville. he ended up being a 3 star.. we ended up with randall and humphrey. anyone seen ashton play?

Something strange happening with all these offers so early. We don't seem to be going after the elite players, and for that to be true, some major shift in recruiting philosophy has taken place.

I think we are still going after the big fish, we just got everyone else earlier. Now Texas can spend their time getting the Wilson's, Nelson's, Matthews, etc. We have some great talent already, and these guys are only going to make the class that much better.

I'm also concerned about what this says about Jarvis Humphrey's status. Muschamp is apparently stockpiling DL's with guys who fit his system/philosophy, which is fine with me.
