Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, I'm going on pure memory, I believe the 1977 'horn baseball team has the team record and possibly NCAA record for consecutive wins in one season, with 34 straight.

18 to go just to TIE that record. Obviously I don't think it's actually gonna happen because we're not even halfway there yet, but it's fun to look at.

I believe 34 is the correct number and there is some other smaller school ( I think in FL) that is also tied with that record.

Also, UConn and Coastal Carolina currently have longer winning streaks than us. I think those are the only two schools but I could be wrong and too lazy to look it up
