If they are not breaking a law, they won't bother with it. If they are, the dickweed needs to be shut down. It's simple. A law is a law is a law.

Yeah because if there is one thing the RIAA is known for, it is for its history of not trying to pressure people into doing what it wants with a tidal wave of litigation whether or not what they are doing is illegal.
