This is all about redistribution of wealth. The answer so far is for developed nations to pay $100 Billion per year to developing countries supposedly for the purpose of mitigating the consequences of "climate change". And of course that is just supposed to be the starter.

Propoganda will always scare the children. That is the point. I like how he goes out on a limb there with the 11 degree temp rise. Since there is no credible scientific model that supports this, I'm guessing he can be dismissed. If we were to go up 11 degrees in less than 90 years, there probably isnt any way we can stop it since a rate this high would be caused by multiple factors and a climate shift on the planet way over our heads to comprehend.

His solution should be commended. Send 100 billion to undeveloped countries so they can join the party with the industrialized nations. This will help the carbon numbers for those concerned about them...ha ha
