I see, or think, I know where CanaTigers is trying to go with this. The government should not be able to tell you when, where, what to do, because we, as individuals, have a choice.
I think what he's trying to say is when a large group gathers for an event, if weather is going to be an issue, especially when lightning is present, there should be guidelines or rules implemented to prevent a tragedy like this from happening again. But that should be up to the organizers, not the government. Much like our sporting events in other sports, the games are not to be played and or delayed when lightning is present. If you ask me, this is ******* common sense, don't go outside when the weather is a threat to you. I guess a number of the NASCAR fanbase lacks common sense and a lot more.
