Notre Dame looks a bit bigger and faster than Indiana. I suspect they might be as good as Ohio State or Penn State. They are a good big 10 type team.

Yeah - ND is noticeably larger & faster across the board. Winning LOS and controlling this game.Notre Dame looks a bit bigger and faster than Indiana. I suspect they might be as good as Ohio State or Penn State. They are a good big 10 type team.
I think (sometimes) this is unlikely. I think you will see and effort to rely on the strength of the schedule or some such wich will be resited by every conference not SEC. The only thing that will significantly change this is a complete remake ie them v us SEC v Big or a system like soccer top 64 and everyone else, worst 6 teamd drop out, best 6 teams drop in.I hope these first four games are not all blowouts except ours. The playoff naysayers will be screaming loudly about reducing it back to 4 teams.
I think they've got a shot.Notre Dame looks great against a team that is not Texas A$M. I think they will win and beat Ga.
This is a "classic" Notre Dame team. Big strong brutish linemen (some with difficult to pronounce names). Speed on the edges that only looks slower due to the black shoes.Indiana looks pretty bad. ND could beat Georgia. Georgia has been beat up hard this year. Every team is degrading over time, and I think that favors us in these playoffs.
Not so fast. Beating Indiana by 10 isn't a very good yardstick. I suspect it will be a "field goal" game with UGa having the better kicker.ND looked SEC ready last night. I think they will handle a banged-up Georgia. Irish are really good. Their running back breaking a 98-yard TD run was impressive. That RB may be the fastest I've seen this year.
Love was the 100m Missouri state champion in HS. That dude has serious speed - and, he’s strong and athletic, too. Stiff arms that IU back to the ground like it was cool. And has leaped over tacklers all season. Reminds me a bit of Adrian Peterson’s once in a generation athletic talent. Not so fast. Beating Indiana by 10 isn't a very good yardstick. 14 point swing. Missed the TE open for a td on fourth and then a horrible pass for a pick 6. SMU definitely appears to have more speed overall. Two miscues by SMU QB early in this game--the most recent being an awful pass for a pick six.
He was getting serious pressure but these two teams seem relatively equal. Looked like the tight end could have caught that. Cold hands?14 point swing. Missed the TE open for a td on fourth and then a horrible pass for a pick 6. SMU definitely appears to have more speed overall.
Another pretty good RB. Back in his Pitt days it was Tony Dorset, then he added the second T to go “Door-Set”.Tony Dorsett
He should have gotten the first down since it was there for him to easily get.14 point swing. Missed the TE open for a td on fourth and then a horrible pass for a pick 6. SMU definitely appears to have more speed overall.
