I'm on record earlier saying we should stick with Sam. I'm not saying I told you so but I just felt he needed to be treated like the starter. I like that the coaches didn't panic. Lots of time left but there is no excuse now. This should be a game we can win.

I think Maryland is going to have to dig deep into the team/personal tragedy feelings in order to pull this one out. I think they spent a lot of emotional capital running up the score in the first half with all of those trick play TDs.

I'm guessing on the punts that they've tried to pin the returner to the short side of the field, because that is where the mistakes have come. Since he's a freshman in his first game, I think they should just let him kick it away and make the coverage team work.
